The greatest luxury is to live life the way you want.

【思考。Think】健康不可取代。Health is irreplaceable

不要用健康来换取社会地位、权力、名利和金钱。健康是我们最大的资产，没了它，我们就什么都没了，也只是成为一时的风云人物。
Do not use health to exchange for social status, power, fame and money. Health is our greatest asset, without it, we have nothing, and will only be the man of the moment. 

要么做得最出色，要么好好地保护这无价的资产。一个选择，一个人生。
Either do it with all your will and in full force, or protect this invaluable assets properly. One choice, one life.

【思考。Think】重复到涟漪。Repeat until ripples happen

重复做一件事，而且把它做得越来越好。就算它是那么的怪，终有一天涟漪一定会发生。
Repeating doing a thing and keep improving, no matter how weird it may seem. One day, ripples will happen.

【思考。Think】苦也不过如此。Bitterness is as normal

尝试过苦的味道，就会知道苦也只不过如此，没什么好可怕的。
After you have tasted the bitterness, you will know that bitterness is as normal and nothing to be afraid of.

【思考。Think】还没开始就别放弃。Don't give up before you even start

如果还没有开始，就因为有的没的而放弃，会不会很傻呢？如果能够在一堆负面批评里闯出来，终极感觉一定会好过躲躲避避的无奈。
If you choose to give up before you even get started, isn't it silly? If you are able to walk out out an environment full of negative critism, the ultimate feeling will definitely be better than the helplessness feeling from hiding.

【领导。Leadership】失败是个机会。Failure is an Opportunity

有一次在一个电影里，有这一目。公司的CEO坐在一间大房的中间，站在她的身边是她的助手，站在她前面有个刚被入取的管理层员工。他们在策划着一个项目，而员工是项目负责人。

负责人提出一个提案。这提案直接就被CEO助手反对了。双方就开始了理论对战，婆说婆有理的，公说公有理的，分不出胜负。照理说，CEO助理的呈词应该比较有说服力，毕竟他是公司的老蒋。

突然CEO开口说话了。她问负责人：“你有把握吗？”负责人很自信地说：“有！”CEO二话不说就批准他的提案与需要的资金，让他去实行他的计划。

几星期后，同一个房间，同样的人物与位子。负责人带着承重的声音看着CEO问说：“你一开始就知道提案不会成功对吗？”

CEO很淡定地回道：“是的，一开始我就知道你的提案必然失败。但是你既然是我选出的负责人，我就应该让你有这个决定权去执行这个任务。我愿意亏损这少少的钱来让你从失败中吸取经验，让你处理往后的任务时更加全面性地策划。”

故事说到这，有没有一个灯泡出现了一下？如果小小的失败或牺牲可以换来一个人的成长，为何不做这个投资呢？如果小孩跌倒会让以后的他小心一点，为何不让他跌倒呢？如果员工的失败对公司不会造成明显的伤害，而员工的尝试可以让他们更自信引而让公司的能力相对提高，为何不大胆让他放手一搏呢？相对的，如果你失败了，是要放弃吗？还是重新开始？如果放弃，会不会辜负当初给这个机会的你自己或别人？

共勉之。

In a movie, there was this scene. A CEO was sitting in the middle of a room with her assistant standing to the right and her newly employed management member standing in front. They were strategizing a project.

The new member was assigned to take charge of the project. He raised a proposal but was immediately rejected by the assistant. There was a debate among the parties and each brought up valid points. Logically, assistant's words would be more convincing as he had been in the company for awhile.

However when CEO spoke, she didn't sided any side but to ask this to the new member, 'are you sure?'. 'Yes! ', he confidently responded. CEO then approved his proposal as well as the budget needed for the project.

Few weeks after, same room and same settings. The new member looked at the CEO with a bearable voice and says, 'You knew from the beginning that the proposal will fail, weren't you? '

CEO calmly replied: "yes, I knew from the beginning your proposal will fail, but since you are the person I elected, I should let you have the discretion to perform this task. I am willing to have bear this bit of sacrification to enable you to learn from your failures and plan more comprehensively in the future to come."

Until here, is there a light bulb blinking above your head now? A small failure or sacrifice in exchange for a person's growth, why not? If a child falls will enable him to learn to be more careful with his movement, why not let him fall? If it is predicted that a failure by an employee will not cause any significant harm to the company, why not let the employee to take the lead? On the contrary, if you fail, should you give up or start over? If you give up, Will you not disappoint the person who give you this opportunity in the first place, either yourself or others?

【爱阅读】货币发行的控制

这一段让我想到美国。

【旅行趣想 Travel Things Thinks】在汉江边演出。Performing by Han River

在汉江边，有一群年轻人轮流上台唱歌为大家演奏。感觉这是这班年轻人一起在大家的陪同下来个大胆尝试，在这乐闹的地方用合力的力量大胆地为大众演唱。他们的努力好棒！又可以娱乐大家，又可以让自己吸取经验，一石二鸟。真的好棒！

他们的表演虽然没有那么专业，但是至少他们敢敢地为他们自己的喜好漂亮地做一个尝试。我看到舞台不远处有架照相机，我猜他们有将自己的表演录起来。如果是的话，希望他们会回去看带，把自己不够强的部分好好地增强。

从他们的演出，我也体会到这一点。在舞台上，一定要把自己的最好表演出来，敢敢地把一首歌用感觉好好地诠释出来。如果舞蹈可以让歌的诠释带到更好的境界，那就跳吧，不要犹疑，不要害怕别人笑你自跳自爽，要别人因为你的舞台享受而一起跟你跳。我们做任何事，都应该这样。;-)

There are a group of youngsters performing one by one by the Han River. If not mistaken, they came in group to support each other in public performing as it could provide them with more courage. Their effort was great! It could bring entertainment to everyone in the park and also could help them gather some experience. One bird kills two stones, really great!

However, their performance was not quite professional. It was quite explanatory. At least, they courageously gave it a try. I believed they were recording their performance as I saw there were a camera standing there. If it was, I hope they will identify their strength and weaknesses after going back to continue improve themselves to a step more closer to professionalism.

From their performance, I realize something. If you are given a chance to perform in a stage, whether or not it is for free or with wages, you must give your best all out and courageously show your emotion when sing your song out. If dancing could interpret your song to a higher level, then dance it shamelessly. Don't hesitate, don't be afraid other will laugh at your ugly dance, don't bother if other think that you are narcissistic. You should focus enjoying your moment on the stage and let other to be influenced by you that they want to dance with you too. We should apply this not limited to performing on stage but other aspects of our life too. :)

【思考。Think】谦卑地聆听。Listen Humbly

放下高傲的心，听听别人说说他们的故事、他们的经验，总会有一些意外的收获。
Put down your ego, listen to other's stories and experience, you will sometimes gain something unexpectedly.

【思考。Think】靜下来反思。Silent your mind for reflection

有时候靜下来也是不错地，可以反思忙碌的自己反思不到的一面。看看自己完成了什么，学到了什么，体验了什么，体会了什么，经历了什么，改变了什么，喜欢什么，要求什么，厌恶什么，向往什么，等等。:)
Sometimes it is good to silent your mind to luxuriously reflect your doings/thoughts, compiling the achievements, the experiences, the knowledge gained, the amazing feelings, the changes done, the liking, the hating, the dreams, etc. :)

【选择。Choices】富裕和选择 Wealth and Choices

很久以前，我有想过这个问题。人在人的社会真的需要钱吗？不能就做自己喜欢的事吗？

后来多一点观察以后，富裕和选择是成正比的。选择会因为越来越富裕而越来越多，当然也会因为越来越贫穷而越来越少。

后来会想，如果可以选择做自己喜欢做的事情，其实就算很幸福了，要好好地珍惜，不要以为是理所当然。

比较富裕的人可以选择吃垃圾食物，可是非常贫穷的人不能选择吃摆在高级餐厅桌上的新鲜健康美食。

有很多时候，就连贫穷也不是贫穷人的选择。

Long time ago, I thought about these questions. Is money really a necessary to a human in a human world? Is it not possible to do the things you like to do without the money?

After a long observation, I realized number of choices is directly proportionate with wealth. Greater wealth comes greater choices and wise-versa.

Later, I realize if I can choose to do what I like to do, it is very fortune for me. Hence, I need to appreciate it and not take it for granted.

Richer people can choose to eat the food in the rubbish bin, but poorest people in the world cannot choose to eat the food presented on the table of the high-class restaurant.

For most of the time, poor is not even a choice for the poor.

【思考。Think】可怜还是幸福？ Pity or fortune?

当你觉得自己很可怜的时候，就开阔自己的思路，跳出现在所生存于的小小世界，想想地球上还有别的小小世界的小孩或大人，比你现在的生活来得可悲万万倍。你会发觉原来自己是那么的幸福~！觉悟吧~！
When you feel you are pity, broaden your thought, jump out of your comfortable small world, think about those whose lives are much more worse than you, and you will realize that your live is actually not bad at all~! Be awaken~!

重要的不是价格，而是价值。
What's important is not the price, but the value.

【思考。Think】享受生活最重要 Enjoy life is the most important

当生命危在当机，任何东西都会变得不重要了，只有充实地过着每一天，尽情地享受生活的美好才是首要。生命无危的我们，也应该这样才对。
When life is in danger, nothing would be more important than living and enjoying life to the fullest everyday. For us whose life is still not in danger, we should live that that as well.

【思考。Think】借口是路挡 Reasonings are roadblocks

如果把借口放在你要做的事前面，借口就会成为路挡阻止你向前。所以要努力的拿掉借口。加油!
If reasonings are put before the things you want to do, reasonings will block you from forwarding. Hence, keep fighting to take away those reasonings. Keep fighting!

【思考。Think】跌到后站起来 Standup after falling down

开始的成败不代表以后的兴败。
只要不断地在跌倒后站起来，
成功就不远了。
Success or failure at start does not represent the future. As long as we keep standing up no matter how bad we fall, the success will just be around the corner.

【思考。Think】谎言。实话 Lies.Truths

因为世界有太多的谎言，所以实话变得奢侈。
There are too many lies in this world, thus truths becomes luxury.
